Article 1 : Application of the general terms and conditions of sales
These conditions are applicable without resriction to all sales effected with Hôtel Les Triolets / 608 route du Petit-Châtel / 74390 CHÂTEL.
Consequently, the custumer acknowledges having read these general terms and undertakes to respect them.
Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale in force.
These sales terms are alterable at any time, and the applicable conditions will be the ones into force at the date when the reservation will be made.
The customer making a reservation by Internet or telephone is then irrevocably bound to the acceptance of the present General Conditions of Sales and the reservation can not be questioned except application of the policy of cancellation.
The indicated price lists are in Euros, all taxes included, and include applicable VAT on the day of booking.
Any change on the applicable rate, or any change or institution of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected on the prices indicated at the date of invoicing.
Price lists are per room, per day for the indicated number of people and according to selected period and do not include services (except otherwise stipulated).
The posted price lists are not contractual and are subject to change.
The price lists applied per night or for weekends could be different.
The tourist tax of 0,90 € per day and per person (free under 16 years) is not included in the price displayed and must be settled directly on place. It applies all the year.
Some performances can be the object of an additional cost and be subject to possible modifications without advance notice, engaging on no account the responsability of the hotel.
No stay booked before a possible special offer is implemented will be the object of refund, even partial.

Article 2 : Booking policy
The customer making a reservation by Internet or telephone is then irrevocably bound to the acceptance of the present General Conditions of Sales and the reservation can not be questioned except application of the policy of cancellation.
In order to guaranty your reservation we ask for your credit card number (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, except American Express) or a deposit by transfer bank.
All request for reservation from the customer by email, phone or mail must be confirmed in writing.
It will be effective only after detailed validation by email back from the hotel Les Triolets.
You have to send it within the requested delays to be valid.
The minimal amount is 30% (1 night minimum for a weekend) of the value of the stay. This amount will be deducted from the final bill on departure, if the length of stay corresponds to the actual booking (art. 1590 of Civil Code).
The Hotel Les Triolets reserves the right to refuse any reservation in case the credit card number would be incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.
The balance of the payment will be made on place at the hotel by cash euros, credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, except American Express).
Rooms are available from 03:00 pm and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. A supplement can be charged in case of failure to respect the maximum departure timeIt is highly appreciated to arrive to the hotel before 6:00 PM and to inform the hotel in case of late arrival.
Our half-board offer, must be booked in advance and for the duration of the stay.
Half-board rate is an indissociable lumpsum including dinner, night and breakfast. Meals not consumed are not deducted or refunded nor transferred.
The customer accepts and commits himself to use the room as a family man.
So any behavior contrary to good morals and public law will bring the hotelkeeper to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any refund if a settlement has already been made.

Article 3 : Booking modification policy
Any modification of reservation is possible free of charge from the moment the hotel is notified before the date of stay. However, we can not guarantee the availability of rooms, therefore, in the event that a modification is not possible, the customer will have to accept the original booking or will be subject to the cancellation conditions if he wishes to cancel his reservation.

Article 4 : Cancellation policy and interruption of stay
The cancellation of a reservation must be done in writing by email, letter or fax. As stipulated by the French legislation in force, the deposit is not refundable.
Terms of cancellation are as follows :
• up to 1 month before the date of arrival : the amount of the deposit is returned, minus the amount of any supplements and any bank charges incurred.
• less than 30 days before the date of arrival : 30 % of the total amount will be invoiced.
• less than 15 days before the date of arrival : 50 % of the total amount will be invoiced.
• less than 8 days before the date of arrival : 100 % of the total amount will be invoiced.
You w ill be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay in case of no-show.
You w ill be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay for any delayed arrival, interruption stay or anticipated departure.
The deposit will be deducted from the final bill on departure, if the length of stay corresponds to the actual booking (art. 1590 of Civil Code).
Your attention ! for stays of one night, the entire stay is charged before the arrival of the customer and not refundable.

Article 5 : Cancellation assurance
As the hotel cannot be held responsable for any circumstances that might lead to the cancellation or amendment of your stay we recommend customers to take out hotel stay cancellation insurance for 4,5 % of the total cost of you stay. This insurance must be taken out at the same time of booking .

The hotel is not equipped with the elevator and facilities to welcome people with reduced mobility (access, disabled room).
In accordance with french law the entire establishment is non-smoking.
Uncovered outdoor parking is free, subject to availability.
